30% of the total sum (100% in case of 1 night reservation, 50% in case of 2 nights reservation) - Only CASH PAYMENT accepted.

- from 10 days before Check-In to 49 hours to Check-In 25%
- 48 hours from Check-In to 0 hours from Check-In 100%
- No Show – 100%
We also require:
- Time of arrival in Rome
- How you will arrive – by train, airplane, or car – so that we can send you detailed directions to our Bed & Breakfast
- Mobile phone number for urgent contacts on the check-in day
Check-in:
We ask to be informed about any variation as regards the TIME OF ARRIVAL, either by sms to mobile (+39-) 338-2428709, or phoning to (+39-)06-45432398, by fax to (+39-)06-97251168 or on skype, contacting the user ‘paggio2′.
24h check-in, but ONLY ON REQUEST. The rooms, though, will be ready by 12.30/1 pm.
Payment is due at the check-in, after passport (or ID) registration.
Only CASH PAYMENT accepted, no Credit Card.
Check-out: 11 am.
